Also - Takeba, Ken, you've been here long enough to know this. My nurse stopped me from getting warmed up and going running this morning. Is that a normal occurrence?

They do have exercise shifts in the recreational field, but I heard it's only twice a week at the most. I guess you can ask permission or practice in the bathroom, but night's probably best.
