That reduces the time left before the bones fuse completely, but depending on how the healing itself works may not have any other effects.

This might not be relevant, but how old are you physically? The young generally heal faster than adults.

This body is a gigai. Technically, this gigai is only a few weeks old, but it was made to mimic that of a human of my apparent age.

About the late teens, then? You should still be healing reasonably quickly; a non-magical way to help things is by eating certain foods, but that might be difficult here with the limited selection. Still, milk is usually available, if nothing else.
