I think that would be best. I'm guessing you don't know your room number yet? Mine is F18; I'll wait for you.

The route there isn't always the safest, so can you fight with a staff? The rods in the closets can be unscrewed, and it's better than nothing.

I can, but I'm much better fighting in the Mizuho style and less likely to hit myself in the head. I'm going to see if I can make some cards, too.
