Well, if you just want cutlery... you're probably better off asking the Cooking organization. Or just looking for sharp things around the Institute. They specialize in making those to order, and I think the payment is just bringing the metal and waiting. I haven't talked to the guy in charge of that for a long time, though, so I can't promise anything.
