Regarding anonymity; considering the nature of the hospital it's very unlikely that anyone would even be from the same world, much less able to draw a connection between your alter ego and your secret identity.

Everyone knows who I am in my own world, so I have no reason to keep my two lives separate.

As for why, I'm attempting to organize people who have that sort of background to best work towards dealing with difficult monsters and working on a way to get out of here.
