As I understand it, the boy is sick. Whatever it is, it hurts you really badly if you touch him. I know it's difficult, but if you encounter him, the best option is just to run from him. I don't think there's any way for us to help him right now.

Hmm... I wish I knew what to tell you, but I'm not any good with the healer's arts. Maybe we should ask Orihime? If he's sick then... maybe she might be able to help him? And if what the others are saying is right and it might hurt to touch him then... then you and I can just make sure she stays safe, right? That way we can all help.
