It's basically patients working together under a common goal and pooling their abilities and resources in the hope that it will lead to a sooner escape.

The Cooking group tends to focus more on gathering materials, following radio clues and other leads, and so on - while Arts and Crafts does a lot of exploring and training people who aren't fit to fight.

I haven't quite had time to review what we ended up with, but we got all sortsa stuff at the greenhouse. And a scorpion tail. (I wanted to see if there was a way to extract the poison..)
