If you're looking for an organization, there are several that are accepting new people. Notable are the St. Francis Aid club if you are looking to aid others by tending to their wounds, and the Arts and Crafts club and Cooking club, which each focus on martial elements but have differing goals. There is also the History club, but I do not know what their mission currently is.

What skills and abilities do you have? That may determine where you are best suited.

I look to be 13 years old, have white hair and green eyes. I'm difficult to miss.

You can also speak with Abarai Renji, a tall man with red hair and tattoos, or Matsumoto Rangiku, a well endowed woman with blond hair and a beauty mark if curious regarding Arts and Crafts. You may also speak with Roy Mustang, who leads the Cooking division.
