I apologise for my absence last night. The nurses gave me something to make me sleep.

I will be present tonight, barring further staff intervention, but I reiterate my request to be paired with someone who has a real weapon in order to avoid a repeat of what happened my first night.

I may also drop by the healers' room before meeting with my partner(s) for the night, to see if there is anything they can do to expedite the healing of my hand. At the very least, the bandages will need changing by tonight.

I feel I need to apologize... last night's mission was a failure. Blood was seeping from every pipe... the bathroom was coated in it. Something like that... no-one thought it was usable.

I've managed to grab two new recruits, though: Suzumiya Haruhi and Himemiya Anthy. I can't be absolutely certain about Suzumiya-san, but I'm confident Himemiya will be both loyal and helpful. I only request that she be placed with me on missions, if at all possible...

In addition to the assigned team, a woman named Emma Thornbridge joined us. She seemed capable, though her purported talents were not able to be utilized in that mission.

Be advised: the Activities Shed contains a rather large, rather dangerous vermin, a spider. Any who visit it in the future must be prepared.
