That is the thing! Smoothies are all about experimentation! One needs only to choose a base fruit like melon or banana, and then the rest is up to your taste! I prefer smoothies with banana, several types of berries, and then yogurt for protein as well as to help sweeten if needed. Ice can also be used, along with juices, nuts, and sugar, but adding straight sugar is not very healthy.
I also enjoy creating vegetable juices, too, because then you can add lots of spice!
We should try getting ingredients of our own to use! That would be splendid! I am sure it would not be a problem!
