In more ways than I can detail. By creating a small space separate from the normal dimension of existence, by causing a brief shift within the space near--in theory, I'm assuming it's possible to shift all of a dimension into a higher plane--as well, take an individual from a different time and space and place them in a new one. Most likely, as what's happened here.

You're directing your question to the wrong individual. I understand the theory and process. I lack the knowledge of creating a machine that can replicate that. They obviously have the means for things most only dream of.
