I was raised and trained to go after people - by 'normal' people like you. It might not have been my inclination at first, but what can I say? I grew into the skill set that was given to me.
Fake psychics take advantage of other people; true psychics are taken advantage of. That's the way the world works. Blame me if you like, and come after me if you dare; but don't think the freaks you condemn choose their paths for themselves. No one has a sob story because they wanted one to hide behind.
[Hit a point there. Dean's not even bothered to acknowledge Sam, instead just removing that part of the post entirely. Still gotta protect his brother from any other possible hunters in Landels who might want to take a page from Gordon Walker's book.]
Yeah, I'm sure telling yourself that makes you feel like everything's justified. We'll just have to see what you do from now on, if you're asking for it.
Oh, I don't give a damn if it's justified. I create chaos and misery and I love every second of it. I don't even try to hide it.
But the ending isn't the only important part of a story, and if you think it is, you're almost too ignorant to be allowed out in public, much less to decide who lives and who dies. I've known people who have visions who're as bad as I am, if not worse - but they might've started out like someone you know. If you'd been with them through the whole story, I think you'd write a different ending for them than the one you're threatening me with now.
[just small, then!]
