I don't think most people have been around here long enough to know, but this is not the first 'Landel's Institute.' There was another before this one, and the 'transfer' took place between one night and the next.

To put it succinctly, I don't believe that blowing up the building would honestly cause that much of a problem. This is not, however, to say that I'd be adverse to seeing the results.
