Do people go missing so often you need to file reports for it? Does anyone have an idea as to what could have happened to these people or is it just a matter of them vanishing without a trace?

And I don't know, I haven't been here too long myself. I've just seen too many people asking for other people, so I thought we needed it. It'll give them an easy thing to look for that'll keep all the names together. We don't know what happens to them, other than the few reported deaths, but I know what I'd rather think.

I don't know if there was or not, but if there was ever a report filed in the past for someone named Utena with long pink hair, then it can be thrown out. Apparently I was here in the past and went missing, but now I'm back (though with no memory of having been here before). I'm still confused about the whole thing. All I know is that one of my close friends seems to think that I'm not real because the "real me" left a long time ago.
