If you could please let me know who you are, I would really appreciate it. I have some messages to get to him, but the nurses won't let me see him. I think if I can get through to him, he could help us, so please, this is important!  I wouldn't ask much of you, just to carry a letter or small gift to him for me.  Thank you very much.

p.s. - I tried your idea Leon-san, but it didn't work so good.  I don't know if I'll be able to try it again either.  The nurses are probably going to be more careful next time.

He's my cousin. :( Do you know when you next meet with him? I'd like to get a message out as soon as possible, but the nurses won't let me go see him. They said he only takes male patients or something.

I'm afraid I don't know when my next appointment will be. This was my first. They seem to have doctor visits three days a weeks.
