Time dilation isn't specific to location, but to the individual or group. It's possible for two parties in the same area to experience different rates of time.
If you encounter the same group in the same location more than once and they appear to be in the same position as before, don't interact with them. If you do, their sense of time will become your own for the duration of contact. Observation will have the same effect, so for maximum efficiency, ignore other groups in your vicinity.
It's currently July, 2008.
Please reply with the following information:
An estimate of how much time passed between nightfall and when you lost consciousness
How many people you traveled with, if you left your room
Where you traveled
Any monsters you encountered
I'll be collecting the same information tomorrow. Thanks for the help.
