If you ran into a monster last night that was all black with glowing eyes, that was me. I can't apologize enough for what I did. I'm one of the sick Maybe it was just a nightmare because I've been sick and feverish, but it felt real, so just in case, I want to say I'm sorry.

If I knew you or not, it doesn't matter. I want to make up for it somehow, but right now I'm going to focus on making sure that it won't happen again.

This is the last thing I ever wanted to happen, and I don't know how to undo any of the harm I caused. I don't think there's a way to do that, but please know that these words come from my heart.

Last night I dreamed I saw a painting of a girl holding a man's severed head on a plate. It was hanging from the ceiling of the x-ray room, and there was a little pile of leaves on the floor beneath it.

I haven't seen the painting before, but I know it's from an old story about a girl who danced for a king and asked for the head of a prophet in return. I don't know what kind of tree the leaves came from, though. There wasn't anything in the pile.

Pretty strange, right? I know it's just a dream, but I can't help but wonder if it means something.
