To all myth and magic enthusiasts:
It’s been a while, but like always, I’m collecting stories and legends pertaining to magic, magical objects, and otherworldly technology. I’d like to hear anything anyone can share on this topic, and I’m willing to share my findings as well.
Today, I have a topic I’m particularly interested in hearing about: barriers.
In a story I was reading recently, the protagonist finally tracked down the evil warlock, only to find he was protected by an impenetrable barrier. The next volume of the story isn’t out yet, but I thought we could hypothesize over how such a barrier could be generated, and more importantly, how it could be destroyed or worked around. You know, just for fun.
Most stories I’ve read had barriers that were generated by large stones possessing magical energy, but maybe some of you have heard different tales. I’d like to hear them.
