Because I couldn't find Marcus Cole last night, I am assuming he is either not here or not responding to me.

Regardless, he has not been very organized about Search and Rescue. That should be changed. Would all those interested or currently involved in these operations, please respond to this message. The group is working in an organized attempt to patrol the Institute at night and aid those in danger or preemptively eliminate threats before they can prey on less able individuals.

Also, if you're here, Marcus, I'd really like to know. I didn't see you at all last night.
