There are a lot of scribbles on it and obviously this was the rough draft Hitsugaya had been preparing and is not in the normal refined handwriting he usually uses, but rather a quick notation that is easy to make out but still clearly did not have the same level of careful attention to detail as normal. Several names of those seen here were also jotted along the sidelines and then checked off. All crossouts are visible, though the crossout over Rukia's name is a little stronger than others.]

Crossouts are visible again. Elipses are where the pen rested and slid along the paper for a while, leaving lovely lines and squiggles and stuff.]
