Homura -

I'll be ready for my first assignment tonight.  If I find out anything more about what we talked about before, I'll let you know.

Kagura,

I take it you've been returned and in good health as well? Your useless shrieking was enough to wake the dead last night.

To my redheaded date~

Shall we continue on tonight where we left off? Considering that our little date got cut short last night.

Ururu, Orihime, Keman, Yue and friends -

Hm... we still need that team name.  How about the "Midnight Marauders," or the "Bedtime Busters?"  No?  Needs work, I know.  Anyway, most important, is everyone doing okay?  I didn't mean-  I'm sorry last night wasn't very good.
I thought maybe it'd be easier to keep track of everyone if we posted here.  Then if anything happens, we'll know right away, right?  Most important, we can make sure that everyone has a buddy at night time.
I know we got side-tracked last night, but maybe we should make some goals for the team?  I don't think we have any really solid ones just yet.  Well, aside from the obvious goal just about everyone here has.  So let's all try to think of little ways we can help out, okay?

Mr. Leon? And girl in the closet? Are you both okay? Is your dad okay?

Miss Rukia,

I'm terribly sorry to have inconvenienced both you and Rinali last night.  I hope I did not cause you too much delay.  I will be glad to speak with you and perhaps explain myself, but I fear the bulletin isn't the best place for this communication.  Did you both fare alright?  I'm well, so please do not worry.

Morrison!

Are you still with us? I am worried about how badly you were hurt. I am so sorry. You were protecting me, and I got hurt anyway.

Hijikata-san:
I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it back last night. I was still in the pharmacy when morning came.

Oki Kaneyoshi-san:
I have something I need to speak with you about. Would you be able to meet with me some time today?

Homura:
Are you okay?

To the person who wished to examine my pocket-watch:

I am available any time today. When would you prefer to meet?

Zuko:

Your item has been created. Please tell me your room number so I can drop it off first thing tonight. If you have any spare materials, I would appreciate it if I could use them for the next individual in line.

Homura:

The plan seems to work well enough. I'm ready for the next individual.

Time dilation isn't specific to location, but to the individual or group.  It's possible for two parties in the same area to experience different rates of time.

If you encounter the same group in the same location more than once and they appear to be in the same position as before, don't interact with them.  If you do, their sense of time will become your own for the duration of contact.  Observation will have the same effect, so for maximum efficiency, ignore other groups in your vicinity.

It's currently July, 2008.

Please reply with the following information:

An estimate of how much time passed between nightfall and when you lost consciousness
How many people you traveled with, if you left your room
Where you traveled
Any monsters you encountered

I'll be collecting the same information tomorrow.  Thanks for the help.
