...yeah, I guess you're right about that. It's not stupid, it's normal. I think your research is pretty much done if you think like that. Friends are people you care about like that, people you'd do anything for.
I know I'm trying to find a way to take people back with me. I made a promise to a friend that he's going to come with me no matter what, and I'm not going to let him down. Maybe it's foolish of me, but he's important to me and this place isn't going to rip us apart.

Anyway, I've rambled enough on that subject.
Well, I understand that I've made friends here, but I'm not sure how this happened. That's the center of my research--what made these people like me so quickly and how I came to trust them without question. Especially when we really don't share the same outlook on certain subjects.
I would take people with me too, if I thought that was what they wanted. We all have places to be and people we love back home--but if your friend wants to come with you
Actually, I know of two people I would take with me, if I could. Maybe I can... I don't think it's foolish of you at all to want to preserve your friendship. If he's important to you, that's all the reason you need.
