Excuse the advice, it was kindly meant. I think you'll find that some people will be more willing to listen to you if you don't make a complete idiot of yourself on the bulletin and post things that are insensitive.

But, perhaps I should be sensitive to the fact that not all of us are sharp, bright crayons. It's hard sometimes.
