What is there to rescind? I never cheated. I didn't use a calculator, and I used the minimum of arithmetical effort - none. If you think about it that way, I surpass even the most dedicated mathematical genius.

Thus far, three of the four days I've been here. On the missing day we were whisked off to wander about the town.

Not terribly many, but there are a few out there interested in maths.

If I were going to put up a puzzle like this, it would be an attempt to determine who here is clever enough to solve it, but also to determine who has a need for recognition, which could be seen as a weakness.
