Puzzle for the day!

Given that 37! = 13763753091226345046315979581abcdefgh0000000, determine, with a minimum of arithmetical effort, the digits a, b, c, d, e, f, g, and h.

Calculators are cheating, dear ones. And cheaters never win.

First to find the solution shall be monarch for the day!

a = 5
b = 8
c = 0
d = 9
e = 0
f = 2
g = 4
h = 0

I'm not too interested in being a monarch. Your acknowledgment of my brilliance will be more than enough.

Not maths, exactly
I've seen the problem before, and I have a remarkably good memory.

What is there to rescind? I never cheated. I didn't use a calculator, and I used the minimum of arithmetical effort - none. If you think about it that way, I surpass even the most dedicated mathematical genius.

As do I. I'm glad you agree.

Out of curiosity, is there a point to this puzzle, or is it just in the spirit of friendly competition?

Something else we have in common. I assume you do this every day, then?

[Added as an afterthought] How often do people respond?

If I were going to put up a puzzle like this, it would be an attempt to determine who here is clever enough to solve it, but also to determine who has a need for recognition, which could be seen as a weakness.
